LIFE MAPPING

  1. Life mapping is an amazing tool to look at your life by writing down every single life moment Good, bad & terrible. It's about remembering, correcting and accepting. 

MASSAGE

  1. During this weekend I will examine your stress points, your pressure points and how YOUR BODY deals with your life. One or two long massages are waiting for you.

PHYSICAL EXERCISES & NUTRITIONAL TIPS

  1. As a former personal trainer, I give you tips and tricks about training, fitness and nutrition. If necessary, of course. 

SURVIVAL VEHICLE 

  1. Finding out how you have lived your life so far or how you have survived your life so far is crucial for personal development. Figuring out your toxic patterns and triggers is essential for growth.

LONG WALKS

  1. Taking long walks and talking is and remains one of the most effective and healthiest ways to deal with your problems.

MENTAL EXERCISES

  1. The diversity of the exercises depends entirely on you and this will be decided by me in our discovery call.

MAYBE INVITE A PERSON

  1. The opportunity to support your child, your partner  inviting is one possibility. But don't forget that this weekend is FOR YOU.

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK

  1. Contact me for a free discovery call to see if we are compatible.

  2. If so, we will arrange an appointment and you will pay a 10% deposit.

  3. I'll arrive where you are early in the morning and we'll start day 1 for you.

  4. After 5-7 hours, which is usually between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., the first day is over.

  5. The next day we will meet again for another 6-8 hours.

  6. I will follow up with two consecutive sessions within a week of the weekend.

  7. This weekend includes 12-16 hours of coaching & Mentoring, another 2-4 hours of digital coaching, 1-2 hours of massages, better physical health, nutrition and fitness tips.

  8. You need courage, the willingness to let go and be ready to face yourself
